The Canada Saudi Business Council (CSBC) was recently founded in Toronto, in partnership with the Saudi Canadian Business Council (SCBC) based in Riyadh, to offer Canadian businesses and investors privileged access to the lucrative Saudi market.
It was incorporated under the Canada Not-For-Profit Corporations Act in June 2015. The objectives of the Council are to promote the growth of trade, commerce and investment between Canada and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Our Council will organize and lead trade delegations to Saudi Arabia, offering your company access to key government officials and top business leaders in Saudi Arabia. And, we will also welcome Saudi investors here to explore the myriad opportunities in the Canadian marketplace.
In January 2024, the CSBC signed an MOU with The Federation of Saudi Chambers of Commerce to re-establish economic relations and trade & investment missions between Canada and the Kingdom.

Secretary-General (and Founding President)
former Head of the Americas for the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority, Ahmed has held a number of senior positions in the public and private sectors. Ahmed is Head of Business Development at Gennecs Pharmaceuticals.
Jeffrey Graham
General Counsel
Jeffrey Graham is Senior Vice-President of Legal and Compliance at SkyPower Global renewable energy company. Previously Jeff served as the national leader of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP's Financial Services Regulatory Practice and Life Sciences Group.
Jeffrey Steiner, JD
Chair & CEO
serves as Chief Executive Officer and chair of the business council. Mr. Steiner is a senior executive, board director and lawyer involved in real estate, the film & TV industry, the mining sector and early-stage angel investment. Jeffrey served as a board member of Export Development Canada.
